About The Founders

  • Founder & CEO

    • Logan is a Marine Corps veteran who served at the highest levels of national defense, including an assignment to the National Security Council during the Bush and Obama presidencies. He later continued his service in the U.S. Coast Guard.

    • After his military career, Logan transitioned into the business world, launching a successful career in mortgage sales during the housing crisis—a true testament to his determination and adaptability. His path ultimately led him to the trucking industry, combining his passion for driving with his background as a mechanic and Class A driver.

    • Logan believes trucking is the backbone of the American economy. His mission is to grow Shieldwall Solutions responsibly, supporting the country he served with a company built on integrity, teamwork, and safety.

  • Co-Founder & COO

    • Sarah brings a deep sense of structure, care, and vision to Shieldwall Solutions. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has earned advanced credentials in neurological rehabilitation. Over her decade in healthcare, Sarah developed a passion for helping others thrive—physically, mentally, and professionally.

    • Alongside her clinical work, she actively participated in community events as a planner and speaker. These leadership experiences, combined with her natural organizational abilities, helped her transition into logistics seamlessly.

    • As COO, Sarah is dedicated to building systems that empower employees to succeed. She ensures every team member has the tools, resources, and support they need to work safely, effectively, and comfortably.
